Introducing the Lakeside Foundation’s 2026 Scholarship Winners
Taylor Cook is the recipient of the Joseph P. Reed Alumni Scholarship. Taylor will attend Georgia Tech to study Business or Finance. In addition to being an exceptional student, Taylor is skilled in debate, visual arts, and martial arts.
Nahom Samuel is the Class of 2026 Lakeside High Valedictorian and recipient of the Hames “Jimmy Mac” McMahan Scholarship. Nahom will attend Brown University for his undergraduate degree and plans to attend Medical School in the future. In addition to his internship at Grady Hospital, Nahom is active in his church and community center.
Erin Lilic, recipient of the Daniel Gordon Viking Scholarship, also plans to attend Medical School after completing her undergraduate degree in biology at University of Georgia. Erin is a gifted multi-sport athlete and an outstanding student.
